1. 100% payments in advance (subject to Cheque realization).

2. AMC will be valid 12 month or 12No. of calls allotted in the card whichever is earlier if further calls required within 12 months it will be on the original Paid call Value base.

• Release update (if Tally Net Subscription is valid or in older version any release is available).
• Data related problem and Error rectification.
• Data Entry Related Problem ( we don’t do the data entry but resolve the issues you face during data entry)
• Licensing problem.
• Installation problem.
• Problem in printing voucher and report in default format.
• Data Synchronization problem if setup done by us (Tara Solution)
• Any co-ordination with tally H.O in data and technical problem.
• Data split or merger of account.
• Group company creation and configuration.
• Data sharing problem in network environment (basic hardware setting will be providingfrom Customer side if hardware AMC is not with us)
• Cheque printing setup.

4. This AMC does not include……………………………..

• Synchronization setup. Or Support Related to Synchronization Setup.
• Excel template setting for data import or any data import related work in tally
• Statutory problem (GST & other Taxes Return submission on government website)
• Any type of add on customization as per your requirement.
• Companies account implementation& Training on any Module.
• Any version upgrade in absence of Tally net subscription (The rate will be charged according to the principal company)
• We hold no responsibility for damage in tally lock, and lost or theft of data password, virus problem, hardware and any other software related problems except tally.
• Security setting user wise, voucher wise.

5. Regular data backup should be taken by the customer.

6. Internet should be available during the time of tally support.

9. No Physical visit in this Special AMC.

10. Customer is required to mention if any type of customization, Extrasetup, or third party software is running with tally. (if we are informed later the AMC will be null and void at that Time only).

11. AMC doesn’t includes any version up gradation in absence of TNS (The TNS rate will be charged according to the principle company)
