Terms & Conditions for Tally Prime New License Sales

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of Tally Prime licenses by Tara Solution. By purchasing a Tally Prime license from us, the customer agrees to the following:

  1. Product Description
  • Tally Prime is a licensed accounting and business management software provided by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • The license offered is either a Single User (Silver) or Multi-User (Gold) perpetual license, based on the customer’s purchase.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are as per the latest price list from Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Full payment is required in advance before license activation.
  • Accepted payment modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cheque (subject to realization), and cash.
  1. Delivery & Activation
  • Upon successful payment, the Tally Prime license key will be registered and activated within 24 working hours.
  • License will be delivered through registered email and/or via remote installation support, if required.
  • The license will be linked to the customer’s GST number and email ID as provided.
  1. Inclusions

The following are included with the new license purchase:

  • Official Tally Prime software license (perpetual)
  • One-year Tally Software Services (TSS) free (includes updates & remote access)
  • Assistance with activation and basic setup
  • Invoice with GST (if required)
  • Basic training (15–30 mins) on request (remote only)
  1. Exclusions

The following are not included in the license cost:

  • Any onsite visit or training
  • Tally customization or Add-On modules
  • Data import/migration from older systems
  • Third-party integrations or cloud setup
  • Synchronization setup or GST return filing assistance

These services can be availed separately under AMC or as Paid Support.

  1. Warranty & Support
  • Tally Prime licenses are perpetual and come with one year of free support via Tally solution private limited support desk.
  • Technical support will be provided by Tara Solution during working hours for any activation/license-related issues.
  • Any functional or usage support will fall under AMC or paid support.
  1. License Transfer & Reinstallation
  • License can be moved to a different system in case of hardware upgrade/change.
  • Assistance for such transfers will be provided remotely during business hours.
  • Customers are required to maintain proper backups before reinstallation.
  1. Customer Responsibility
  • Customer must ensure system compatibility before purchase.
  • Valid and accurate email ID, GST number, and contact details must be provided.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard license credentials.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • Once the license is activated and issued, no refund or cancellation will be possible under any circumstances.
  • Please verify product requirements before placing the order.
  1. Legal Jurisdiction
  • All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
  • Tara Solution is an authorized partner/reseller of Tally Products and adheres to the policies of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
