Terms and Conditions for Tally Sales - Tally Software Services (TSS)
Jurisdiction All disputes arising from this agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
Payment Terms Full payment is required in advance via a payment link generated on the official Tally portal. This link will be sent directly to your official email address and if you want then we will copy the link and send in your WhatsApp
Data Backup Responsibility Customers are responsible for regularly backing up their Tally data. Neither Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. nor TARA Solution (5Star Tally Authorized Partner) assumes liability for any data loss, damage, theft, or password-related issues.
Exclusion of Data-Related Issues We are not responsible for any data errors, data splits, data restore by you or any other data-related issues arising from the use of Tally software or Tally Software Services (TSS).
Exclusion of Support Services This sale does not include any support services. Support can be done on paid basis if required.
Liability for Software Features and Customizations We are not responsible for any changes or updates to Tally’s features, nor the compatibility of existing customizations with new releases of Tally software with TSS Renewal.
If any customization or add-on was not purchased from TARA Solution, we are not responsible for the customization or add-on does not work in an updated release. even if TSS renewal is done through TARA Solution. Customers must contact the respective partner who performed the customization.
If customization was done by TARA Solution, updating the customization to work with a new release will be free if the add-on is under customization AMC services. Otherwise, making the customization compatible with a new release is chargeable as per the terms mentioned in the customization agreement.
Tax Deduction Information Under Income Tax Notification No. 21/2012/F.NO.142/10/2012-SO(TPL) dated June 13, 2012, this software is resold without modifications, and applicable taxes have been deducted by the transferee under Section 194J.
Support Coverage Onsite support is not included with the renewal of the license. The license includes one complimentary online support session.
