Terms and Conditions for TallyPrime on AWS

  1. Subscription and Renewal
    • Subscription Plans: Customers must select a subscription plan that aligns with their business requirements. Plans are available based on the number of users, virtual computers, backup storage, and memory.
    • Renewal Process: Subscriptions should be renewed before the expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access to TallyPrime on AWS. Renewal can be facilitated through us,  using your registered email ID.
    • Failure to Renew: If the subscription is not renewed within the validity period, access to the Self-Service Portal will be restricted, leading to deprovisioning of the Virtual Machine and termination of access to TallyPrime on AWS.
  2. Payment Terms
    • Advance Payment: Full payment for the selected subscription plan is required in advance.
    • Payment Channels: Payments should be made through official channels as directed by Tally Solutions toTara Solution.
  3. Data Backup and Security
    • Automatic Backups: The system provides automatic and encrypted backups of your data. However, it is recommended to download backup files periodically to ensure data availability.
    • Data Privacy: Tally Solutions guarantees complete privacy and protection of business data.
  4. Usage and Access
    • Virtual Office Management: Customers are responsible for managing their Virtual Office usage to stay within the limits of their subscription plan.
    • Shutdown Schedule: To control usage and avoid additional charges, customers can set a scheduled shutdown time for their Virtual Office. The default shutdown time is set to 9:00 PM, but it can be modified as per business requirements.
    • Auto-Shutdown: The Virtual Office will automatically shut down if left unattended or idle for a specified period to conserve resources.
  5. Support Services
    • Scope of Support: The subscription includes access to the Self Service Portal for managing backups and other services. Additional support services may be arranged separately if required in paid base.
  6. Customization and Add-Ons
    • Third-Party Customizations: Tara Solution and Tally Solutions is not responsible for the compatibility of third-party customizations or add-ons with TallyPrime on AWS. Customers should contact the respective third-party provider for support.
    • TARA Solution Customizations: Customizations provided by TARA Solution will be supported as per the terms mentioned in the customization agreement.
  7. Jurisdiction
    • Legal Venue: All disputes arising from this agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Howrah, India.
  8. Taxation
    • Tax Compliance: Applicable taxes will be levied as per prevailing laws. Customers are responsible for complying with local tax regulations.
  9. Amendments
    • Changes to Terms: Tara Solution reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through official communication.
